Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plans start with 7 days free. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Shotodo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Shotodo purchase.
Can my family use it?
Yes. Both plans work with Family Sharing, so people in your Apple family group can use Shotodo too.
Is there a daily limit?
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, the AI runs on your phone with no daily limit. On other iPhones, Shotodo Cloud reads up to 15 screenshots a day.
